Due to the perishable nature of our premium chocolate, we are unable to offer returns for change of mind; however, we are committed to resolving any issues regarding damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Upon arrival, carefully check your chocolates for any signs of transit damage or temperature-related issues like blooming or melting.

Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the original shipping packaging to help our quality control team assess the claim.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the attached photos to request a formal review of your delivery.
- 4.Resolution Process
Once approved, we will immediately arrange for a complimentary replacement to be shipped or process a full refund to your original payment method.
